Prior to the visit, Eunice carefully coordinated the customer’s itinerary, arranged the meeting schedule, prepared relevant product materials, and organized the meeting room to ensure a professional reception.
This is a long-term client that the team has been actively following up. In order to better demonstrate our company strength and manufacturing capability, the customer was invited to visit our company during their procurement trip to China. During the visit, both sides held in-depth discussions on excavator models, technical specifications, and project requirements, strengthening mutual understanding and trust.
After the visit, Eunice promptly organized all meeting notes, updated product documentation, and prepared detailed quotations. The team continues to closely follow up to support the customer’s purchasing decision and future cooperation.
