Notably, their arrival coincided with the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year holiday, adding a unique charm to our interactions.

Promptly in the morning, I personally ventured to their hotel to offer a warm welcome and escorted them to our premises, where the core of our discussions unfolded. We delved into the intricacies of pricing, exploring various payment modalities, and thoroughly addressed every detail pertaining to the wheel loaders and dump trucks they were contemplating. After meticulously negotiating and finalizing the terms, we extended a cordial invitation for the client to join us for a lunch that fostered a sense of camaraderie and mutual understanding.

As the afternoon progressed, we efficiently drafted a comprehensive Proforma Invoice (PI), ensuring clarity and transparency in our financial arrangements. Following this, I escorted the client back to their hotel, ensuring their stay remained comfortable and convenient.
