We provide a comprehensive twelve-month or 2000-hour warranty for each machine that we export. Should any defects in material or workmanship occur under normal operation conditions within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the faulty part at no cost, at our discretion.

We offer two methods for shipping replacement parts:

(1) In the event of an urgent request, we will dispatch the replacement parts via international couriers such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. These couriers typically reach the specified destination within 5-7 days. Please note, courier expenses will be the responsibility of the client.

(2) For standard spare parts claims, we will include the replacement parts in the next shipment of new machines, at no additional shipping cost.

We reserve the authority to determine if a defect has occurred under normal use or if it resulted from factors not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, misuse, shipping, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Any modifications made to our products by the client, their employees, or end-users will invalidate this warranty. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover parts that are prone to normal wear or are easily broken, including but not limited to filters, belts, electrical appliances and wires, bulbs, fuses, glass, rubber and plastic components, etc.
