We recently welcomed a client from Algeria, developed through our independent outreach efforts. The discussion focused on Hyundai excavators, XCMG loaders, and Shacman dump trucks.
Before the visit, we arranged the flight tickets, booked restaurants, and organized airport pickup. This client was initially introduced through our social media marketing in May and later, in mid-July, inquired about the availability of a 34-ton excavator. Shortly after, he traveled to China and, after a week of preparation, arrived in Shanghai.
We hosted him for dinner, followed by a detailed meeting where we finalized the model selection, delivery time, and pricing. During the discussions, we also explored potential future cooperation in the automobile sector.
After the visit, we have maintained close communication to ensure smooth follow-up and actively pushed forward the payment process to secure the order.
