Recently, our company organized a unique cultural exploration trip to strengthen team cohesion and allow employees to experience the diverse culture and natural beauty of Malaysia. The tour was held from May 27 to May 31, 2024, with a total of 17 adults participating in the tour, which covered a number of well-known attractions in both Kuala Lumpur and Sabah.

The team first arrived in Kuala Lumpur, where members took a chartered tour of the Black Wind Tunnel and the Malaysian Museum to learn more about the history and culture of Malaysia during the "First Look at Kuala Lumpur" event. They then wandered around the exotic neighborhood of Ghost Alley and the Twin Towers, experiencing local food and shopping culture. After a night's rest, the team took a flight to the beautiful island of Sabah.

During their stay in Sabah, the team members enjoyed a relaxing holiday. They first visited the Water Mosque and the Pink Sabah University, feeling Sabah's unique island style. Next, they went to Tanrong Yaru Beach and experienced the exquisite sand and clear water, while tasting the local specialties at Gaya Street.

The highlight of the trip will undoubtedly be the romantic Mermaid Island resort and the sunset day at the mangrove Firefly Beach. At Mermaid Island, the team members not only enjoyed the magnificent sea view, but also experienced water activities such as snorkelling and diving, and got up close and personal with Marine life. And at the Mangrove Firefly Beach, they witnessed the spectacle of fireflies flickering in the night sky and felt the magic charm of nature.

In addition, the team also visited the highest peak in Southeast Asia - Mount God, enjoying the magnificent scenery of the high mountains. In the process of reaching the top, the members encouraged and supported each other, showing the cohesion and cooperation spirit of the team.

For the final stage of the trip, the team flew back to Shanghai via Hong Kong on AirAsia Malaysia and China Eastern Airlines. In the delivery link, everyone said that the trip was full of harvest, not only enhanced the friendship between each other, but also broadened the horizon, increased the knowledge.

The success of the cultural exploration tour in Kuala Lumpur and Sabah not only allowed employees to relax, but also injected new vitality and creativity into the company.
