On 21 October 2025, sales representative Bianca Guo hosted a Chinese client from the China Manufacturing Platform, primarily discussing products including Doosan excavators and related equipment.
During the preceding fortnight of negotiations, the client proactively advanced discussions multiple times due to their requirement for immediate delivery. All cooperation details were finalised over the weekend, with the client confirming their visit to our company on Tuesday. That morning, we received the client punctually. We first guided them through the offices and relevant operational areas, followed by in-depth discussions on key aspects including order processing procedures, contractual terms, payment methods, and delivery schedules.
The client expressed great satisfaction with the company's professionalism and service process. Post-meeting, they indicated they would arrange payment promptly. In line with the meeting outcomes, we have simultaneously updated the contract documents, collated other relevant quotations, and are actively following up on payment matters.
