For the choice of diesel, we are strictly in accordance with the standard, equipped with light diesel for the excavator, and according to the local minimum temperature, flexible selection of 0 diesel to -30 diesel, to ensure that the power and economy of the diesel engine is not affected by cold weather. At the same time, we have also adjusted the oil and grease, and selected the oil more suitable for low temperature environment and the grease with smaller viscosity to reduce friction and improve the smoothness of the machine operation.

In terms of water replenishment, we particularly emphasize the use of antifreeze and the emptying of cooling water. All excavators have completed the replacement of antifreeze before entering winter to prevent the cylinder liner and radiator from freezing and cracking. For excavators that have been out of service for a long time, we have also developed a detailed cooling water emptying process to ensure that the body does not crack due to sudden shrinkage.

In addition, we have put special emphasis on the preheating and insulation work of the excavator. After starting the diesel engine, we will conduct idle preheating for 3-5 minutes, and then put into load operation when the cooling water temperature reaches more than 60 ° C. At the same time, after the completion of the construction work, we will cover the engine with insulation curtain, insulation cover, and use the plate curtain to block the radiator and wind when necessary, to ensure that the key components of the machine maintain the appropriate temperature.
