We provides our clients with a warranty period of twelve months or 2000 hours for any machine that is exported by us. During the warranty period, if a material or workmanship defect occurs in spare parts during normal operation, the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.

Please note that we have the right to determine whether a defect in material or workmanship occurred during normal use, or if the defect resulted from factors excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, abuse, shipment, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. It is important to understand that any modifications to our products by the client, client's employees, or end-user will invalidate this warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wearing and easily broken parts, including but not limited to filters, belts, electric appliances and wires, bulbs and fuses, glass, rubber, and plastic materials.

Under normal circumstances, we can offer our clients an immediate delivery of regular machines within 7 days. This is because we have a wide range of resources to check our stock of machines locally and nationwide, and to receive machines on time. However, for manufacturers or factories, the production of ordered machines can take more than 30 days.

Normally we can work on the T/T term or L/C term, and sometimes the DP term.

(1) For orders with T/T payment terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the remaining 70% balance should be settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.

(2) For orders with L/C payment terms, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your sales manager for further advice.

We are experienced in international trade and can handle all INCOTERMS 2010. Our standard terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP.
